Kuniharu Nishio was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. From a young age, he was always fascinated by fashion and design. He would spend hours sketching out designs and creating outfits for himself and his friends. As he grew older, he decided to pursue a career in fashion design and enrolled in a prestigious design school in Tokyo.
